This report provides a reanalysis of the data in the annual report, broken down for the different populations for which each commissioning group is responsible. It also includes new data and analyses that support the Clinical Commissioning Group Outcomes Indicator Set (CCG OIS) and NHS Outcomes Framework (NHS OF) indicators for hip fracture. (Royal College of Physicians)		NHFDCCGindicators.pdf This document describes the process of calculating the fragility fracture indicators for the NHS Outcomes Framework (NHSOF) and Clinical Commissioning Group Outcomes Indicator Set (CCGOIS). The indicators were derived by the Royal College of Surgeons of England (RCS) based on existing indicator specifications received from the Health and Social Care Information Centre (HSCIC).
