Summary of notes, known issues and current status, as of Monday, May 5th, at 19:10 pm.

Latest News: Ability to print out all tabs on one page - fixed.

Patient Age: An age limit has been introduced for both v7 & v8 patient records. Patients under the age of 60 should not be entered in to the audit. Although this age limit has only just been introduced for v7 data, it only applies to new patients. Younger patients already entered are usually excluded from the audit analysis. This change is necessary as our information governance does not approve the collection of information outside the official scope and purpose of the audit. Any queries regarding this change should be directed to the project team at the RCP via the clinical helpdesk.

Read-Only Access: The export facility has been temporarily suspended for read-only users. If you are a "read-only" user - a user who only accesses the system to extract reports or BPT data - the export facility has been temporarily withdrawn pending an information governance review. Normal users are unaffected. If you have a legitimate need for reporting data please use your trusts established procedures for sharing identifiable or sensitive data to request the information you require from someone holding a full NHFD account.

New Patients: Users who can't see the new data-input forms should 'login' first (link in top right menu) and then v7 & v8 forms appear on the left hand light-teal menu under "New Patient"...

Look for the login link on the right, click it and login, select the NHFD		After logging in, look for the 'New Patients' on the left hand menu, then choose either a v7 or v8 form.

Logging Out: To logout, use the 'X' after your user-name on the main menu at the right:


BPT Reports: Make sure you select the correct quarter in the drop-down reports. The list has been updated to include the 2014-2015 period and you must select the correct one. Currently, the last quarter is "Q4_2013-2014".

User Forum: The user forum has been withdrawn.

Current Known Issues:
Exports are currently disabled for 'non-inputters' / read-only users - see note above.
Annual totals in reports may be incorrect - under investigation.
Scrolling News in Firefox doesn't pause when clicked, but does work.
Search page in Resources section - Temporarily disabled.

Recent Fixes:
Time To Surgery - fixed now and all records fixed too.
Red highlights on BPT reports reinstated.
BPT Report - Reverted back to 2012 from April 2013.
Draft patients view export - fixed.
BPT name display - fixed
Calendar issues selecting certain dates - fixed
Security warning connected with "Never admitted to orthopaedic ward" - fixed
Ability to print out all tabs on one page - fixed.
