Royal Berkshire Hospital, Reading Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Checklists for Fractured neck of Femur Patients.
Dr A. Chatterjee, Consultant Physician for Elderly Medicine, has kindly shared the checklists used by the Physio and OT dept to assess #NOF patients at the Royal Berkshire Hospital.
This was designed by Moyra Pugh (OT) and Elizabeth Scott ( Physio) based on the questionnaire in the National Falls and Bone Health Audit in 2007.The check lists takes into account the accurate documentation of assessments made by the therapists as required by the National Audit.
